Today I will discuss RadRover 6 plus hidden features and a menu that will increase your bike speed to 25 mph (40 km/h). I almost don’t know where to begin, so let’s get started.
RadRover 6 Plus Hidden Menu: Step-by-Step Guide
I have RadRover 6 Plus ebike for 6 months now it’s been flawless. I use it to ride around the neighborhood. The hidden menu features in RadRover 6 plus ebike surprised me.
These hidden menus will help you to increase your top speed from 32 km/h to 40 km/h. In the hidden menu, you are allowed to upgrade and downgrade the top speed of your ebike and also you can reset your trip mileage, and there are so many cool features that we will discuss.
You can not increase your RadRover 6 plus top speed from the standard menu. That is why we need to go to the hidden menu and play with some buttons.

Step1: Power UP the RadRover 6 Plus eBike
First, turn on the bike by pressing the power button. Wait for a few seconds and let it turn on. When the bike is on, we are on the standard menu.
You can see on the main screen of the bike which is located in the center of the bars. On the main screen, we have got the battery reading mileage, average speed or current speed or top speed and at the top of that, we have got the time.
It displays everything we need to see frequently, and then items like the battery gauge and pedal assist level, which you only need to look at once in a while, are located left side of the bars.

Step 2: Press the Pedal Assist Down Button and Headlight Button
Now, You need to press the pedal assist down button and headlight button simultaneously and hold it for a few seconds until you get a menu that pops up.
Now the Main display will have an hour flashing and the second display will have the “P” for the program. Once you are on that screen, follow the next step to get into the RadRover 6 Plus menu.
Step 3: Press and Hold Assist Down, Up, and Headlight Button
Now, you need to press the there buttons simultaneously i.e., the pedal assist down, pedal assist up, and headlight buttons. Then, you will have to wait 10 seconds for the hidden menu to appear.
Once the hidden menu pops up with the top speed meter. Just press the pedal assist-up button to upgrade your top speed from 32 km/h to 40 km/h. You can increase it up to 40 km/h or 25 mph (not more than that). Once done, press the power off button to save the settings.
So, your RadRover 6 plus can go up to 40 km/h i.e. 25 miles per hour after using the settings of hidden menus. Always wear a helmet while riding an ebike, if you feel uncomfortable at this speed then don’t ride at this top speed.

How to Increase the Top Speed of RadRover 6 Plus Electric Bike
To increase the top speed of RadRover 6 plus, you need to get into the programming menu which is called the hidden feature of Radrover bikes. Make sure you follow the given steps to know the RadRover 6 plus speed hack.
Turn the bike on and press the pedal assist down button and headlight button simultaneously for 5 seconds. Then press the down, up, and light buttons all at the same time for a few seconds. It will take you to the top-speed menu.
Now, you are allowed to increase and decrease the top speed of your RadRover 6 plus ebike.
In my case, the speedometer is set to 32 km/h by default. I upgraded it to 40 km/h by pressing the pedal assist-up button and turning it off to save my settings. Now, I can say that I have unlocked the boost mode on my electric bike. Let’s hit the road with Radrover 6 plus ebike.

Yes! It is legal to ride Radrover 6 plus electric bike at its maximum speed i.e., 25 mph. Because you are not playing/doing any tricks with the controller. You are just unlocking some more features by using the hidden menus of Radrover 6 plus ebike which is acceptable. Don’t worry!
Some Cool Display Screen Features in RadRover 6 Plus Ebike
There is a new feature this year that the display is split into two areas. The main display is located in the middle of the bars.
It took me a little while to understand the logic behind this, but after using it for a while, I have seen a lot of uses.
First of all, Rad Power has taken all the important information that you need all the time while you are riding just put it on the center screen of the bars and then move to the information you don’t use as much off the side.
In the center of the handlebar, we have got a speedometer, power and time and everything that we are going to want to look at repeatedly, and then the items like the battery gauge and the pedal assist level which you only need to check once in a while are out of your view and they don’t clutter up the main screen.
You have got nice big oversized buttons and this is good for a few reasons. One for older people that just need a larger button or a large display.
It’s nice but also for anyone that’s riding whether you are bumping around on loose terrain or you are wearing gloves and you need a bigger button to hit. It’s just nicer to have these big buttons.
